el número dos

In the honor of Spain, our FIFA World Cup Champion this year, I decided to use Spanish in the title :) The meaning in English is NUMBER TWO. Hehe. So, the lesson that I've learned today is,

You CAN go to the mall WITHOUT bringing large amount of money.

YES! It's true! Yes, YOU CAN! :)
I just got back from the mall, with only 37K IDR in my wallet! Sure, I do have credit cards, but I didn't need to use them after all! And the whole time we're in the mall, we went in and out of boutiques! It's really in the inside. Don't let you eyes tied you to anything! This actually works for searching your love too. Don't judge a book only by its cover. Not every 'expensive thing' is better than  the 'modest ones'. Not every good looking guy is the right one for you. After all, looks can deceive you.

:)
OH, YES. CONGRATULATIONS ESPANA!! I LOVE YOUR GOAL KEEPER-WHOEVER HE IS!

First Things First

It's not easy writing in here. Because I always got my inspirations at night, late, late night, but in the next morning, I always lost it somehow. I know I've got something, but I don't know what that something is. It's gonna take some time before I can remember it again. Anyway, first lesson that I want to write in here is,

People are so different.

It is impossible to have someone who think so very much alike. When you have, it's usually your twin, or your closest friend or family. Because basically you live among them. No wonder you all think the same. But you will be shocked by how different others really are. For example, I have this one situation that amazed me about how really really different people are.

I have a friend, let's just call her, A. And another friend, B. See, A is a girl, and B is a boy. So, we have this school event, probably better known as Prom Night, but it's not really prom kinda thing. So anyways, A asked me about going there together, while she actually already got a space in B's car. So I wonder why and I asked her. She said she didn't want to go with him, because B wouldn't pick her up from her house. Until here, it all seems okay, right? But the thing is, first, B is not her boyfriend. Second, in B's car, there's also 7 others. So, if B pick A up, he probably would have to pick the other 7 up. Ain't I right? Well,I don't know about you, but I don't think it's appropriate. We are the ones who get the lift, should we bother him more to pick us up in our houses, ONE BY ONE?

When she told me her thoughts about this thing, which is kinda annoying for me (she said that it's the guys' duty to pick the ladies up), I simply don't know what to say. I told her my thoughts too, but she wouldn't listen. She was unshaken. Very persistent.

Again, I don't know about you, because, AGAIN, people are very different, but I don't live with that belief. I believe that I should try not to be a burden to anyone.

So you see, people are very different. And notice this, NOT all of them knows or care that people are different. Some think they could treat everyone the same way. May work for some, but for others.. not so much. Different is good, in fact, it is sometimes what keeping everyone where they are. And now that you know, you might as well start from yourself. Know better now that you knew.

Care to make friends?
Notice that they are different from who you are and appreciate it :)

Back to Basics

Everybody knows everything always, ALWAYS back to basics. Basics are perfect, basics are needed, basics are IMPORTANT. Basics shows concept of the whole thing. In fact, I think basic IS the concept itself. Don't know about you, but this IS my blog after all. Oh, by the way, this is my third blog. I decided to make this one, specially only for the things I have learned in life. Nothing much, really. Just a whole bunch of stuff I get from living, thinking, and breathing every single day.

People are different. Some say, we should give others second chance. Some don't think so. And the other some, left out wondering. Wondering if there were a second chance, should they give the third chance? You know, since there's a saying "three time's a charm" and all. So.. Where do these things left us at?

Confused.
Feeling silly to even think about it.
Don't care at all.
Never thought about it before.

So, my point is.. nothing, really. In short, I just want to write my lessons in life. So when you--whoever you are--read this, you won't make the same mistake as I do. I'm practically giving you a second first-chance! Get it?? HAHA.

Please do enjoy.
After all, we only got one first chance in reality :)

Faithfully yours,
Ms. K
